Trovy provides a loyalty program management platform for businesses. Our service includes tools for creating campaigns, managing customer rewards, and integrating with point-of-sale systems.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trovy Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trovy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through email or the service. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
